In May 2011. regional workshop of International society for hair restoration surgery (ISHRS) was held in Istanbul, Turkey. It was hosted by Dr. Melike Kulachi, director of famous Transmed clinic in Istanbul. Great lectures, many innovations in the field of hair restoration, new researches of treatment of hair loss, profitable workshops and many enjoyable friendship is the best description of this powerful event named "The next big thing". Dr Jerry Cooley, actual president of ISHRS, introduced the meeting underlying the importance of meeting doctors all over the world, exchanging ideas, plans and advices and also promoting less invasive techniques such as is automated FUE method which is actually the most accepted solution to hair loss. Dr Gorana Kuka participate at this workshop and had opportunity to meet Dr. Wong who is world-wide famous hair transplant doctor since he is perfoming "giga sessions" of more than 6000 grafts.  Furthermore, she spent several days at Transmed clinic with its team taking part in some surgeries, analyzing different approaches to hair restoration with other doctors and learning many important "tips and tricks" of the procedure of hair transplantation.
